Imbuilding: a story
Recently, more and more often you can come across such a concept as imbilding. This mysterious word (imbuilding) translated from English means the construction of intimate muscles. But in fact it is a complex of training techniques aimed at developing, strengthening or maintaining the pelvic floor muscles. This leads to the strengthening of women’s health, and to the easy and less painless course of physiological childbirth, and to faster recovery after childbirth, as well as to improving the quality of the woman’s intimate life.
Although the name imbuilding is quite young and fashionable, women have known about techniques for strengthening the muscles of the pelvic floor since ancient times. These techniques were especially popular and developed in the countries of the Ancient East and India. There, the beauty of a woman, as well as her intimate health, was not only paid much attention to, but special institutions were created to prepare girls and young girls for sexuality, pregnancy and childbirth. In Japan, it was believed that a woman who does not know the art of controlling the muscles of the pelvic floor, continuously loses vital energy. Geishas could, holding the ball with the muscles of the bosom, shoot them and get into the tea cup at a distance of 3-5 meters. And yoga practices aimed at developing intimate muscles help to close and streamline vital energy in a woman’s body. Elements of modern building are also found in oriental dances, which are still popular today. During the performance of the belly dance involved all the muscles of the abdominals and pelvis. Classes in the oriental dances train the muscles of the perineum, allowing you to facilitate the flow of labor and reduce the likelihood of ruptures by increasing the elasticity of this zone.
To date, all the techniques accumulated over millennia are combined into one technique – imbilding. Imbuilding can be done independently at home, as well as under the supervision of an immobilizing coach. The technique includes a set of exercises aimed both at strengthening the external muscles of the thighs, perineum and gluteal muscles, as well as on the development of the muscles of the vagina using various simulators. Of course, it is up to you to decide how you will strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor, but no one doubts that every woman needs these techniques to strengthen female health.

Myth 1
“Intimate gymnastics is only suitable for ladies in age.” In fact, all women, especially those who have problems in the intimate sphere, such as urinary incontinence, prolapse of the pelvic organs, and a decrease in vaginal muscle tone, need MTD (pelvic floor muscles) training. This technique is especially suitable for women giving birth. After all, after the child passes through the birth canal, the muscles noticeably stretch, tears occur. A prosperous family life implies harmony in the intimate sphere. Therefore, the quick restoration of a woman as a full-fledged sexual partner, giving and receiving pleasure is a matter of paramount importance.
Myth 2
“Nulliparous women have no problems in the intimate sphere.” Also a big misconception. In women who have not yet given birth, muscle tone in the pelvic organs is also reduced. For example, due to the lack of constant high-quality sex, a sedentary lifestyle, and innate features. Such problems are by no means rare among those who have not yet embarked on the path of motherhood. But it is much easier for them to achieve improvements in this area. Often a couple of months of exercise is enough to get in shape.
Myth 3
“Training MTD will not help with the omission of organs.” In fact, if the problem is very serious, then it is better to turn to medicine. If the doctor does not recommend surgery, well-selected exercises with simulators will help to significantly improve the situation. This also applies to problems with urinary incontinence. Although, of course, this will require considerable work.
Myth 4: “Swinging intimate muscles with exercise is harmful.”
This myth is launched by illiterate “specialists.” Although, of course, everything must comply with measure and rationality. It is harmful to increase the level of intra-abdominal pressure, all kinds of exertion and tension. If you control the correctness of the exercises that the coach will select for you individually, there will be no negative consequences. Gynecologists have a positive attitude towards this technique.
Intimate muscle training is the foundation for any modern woman. From a medical point of view, we consider this not only as a training of the muscles of the pelvic floor, but also as a method of treating various pathological conditions in gynecology. Engaged in imbedding improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, reduces venous congestion in the pelvis, resolves infiltrative and exudative processes, and primarily strengthens the muscles of the pelvic floor, uterine ligamentous apparatus. Especially positive effect is caused by omissions of the genitals (vagina, uterus), adhesions in the pelvis (less worried about chronic pelvic pain syndrome) and, of course, the sexual sphere of the female body improves. Especially recommended in the postpartum period! If the methods are chosen correctly, it is impossible to harm them. There are a number of contraindications (for example, pregnancy, acute inflammatory diseases with a rise in temperature, etc.), which each doctor takes into account when selecting certain exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.

Myth 5
“You can train MTD without exercise.” It is important to note here that this is possible, for example, if you lead an active and fruitful sex life. Then really, the muscles come in tone, blood circulation improves, but this is not enough for the correction of diseases. And the “pump” these muscles with the help of muscle stimulators is not at all suitable. Few people know that for women with a cyst or other tumor, electrical stimulation is, in principle, prohibited.
Myth 6
“Only women with low social responsibility can do this exercise.” This is the funniest myth – the same as saying that only confectioners should take care of the condition of the teeth. In a person everything should be healthy and harmonious. And the intimate sphere is no exception. Indeed, not only a good mood depends on it in our life. So why are we bashfully silent about this area of women’s health?
Myth 7
“This will help drive all men crazy, save them from divorce, the husband will never change,” and further on the list. Of course, such activities have a positive effect on the quality of the intimate life of the family. But let’s face it: if at the same time you harass your husband with scandals, scenes and reproaches, there is a mess at home, he can easily get away from the “goddess of sex”. But at the same time, if everything is fine in the family, peace and mutual understanding prevail, your classes will help to add pleasant moments to the sex life. And it really strengthens the relationship.
